1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Accessories such as earrings and intimate wear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@bohoo.store with the following:
- Your full name and order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return (optional but helpful)
We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and a return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos at support@bohoo.store. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
6. Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during major clearance events are not eligible for return or refund.
